“The earth is what we all have in common.”— Wendell Berry

There have been dozens of terms coined to describe the care humanity should be giving Mother Earth. Conservation, eco-friendly, green, environmentalism—take your pick. Everyone has the responsibility to care for their portion of the world by minimizing, recycling, reusing or repurposing. Just because your mother may live here doesn’t mean you shouldn’t clean up after yourself.

Here at TopTenREVIEWS, we’re presenting a new review site that deals with products that can help you reduce your own carbon footprint. Among the items that will be featured are a list of Green iPhone apps.

TopTenREVIEWS goes green:

  • Check out our special TopTen Green Electronics review site
  • Try out the new sorting freature to find Energy Star qualified electronics products
  • See the new Green iPhone apps category featuring a carbon footprint monitor, green tip-of-the-day, book and eco-news apps. You can even plant real trees with the purchase of a couple of the apps.

In the spirit of Earth Day this month, we are giving away free downloads for either iNewzGreen or MeterRead iPhone apps to individuals who sign up for our user’s community. To receive a free app, email greengiveaway@toptenreviews.com.
