Knights Onrush is another great castle defense game, comparable to similar games such as Stickwars or Defend Your Castle. There are three different game modes: Campaign, Endless Siege and Madness modes to keep the action going anytime, anywhere. Campaign mode consists of moving across a map defending castles for days at a time. After each victory you move to the next castle to keep the enemy from overtaking your land. Endless Siege mode is exactly that—you must protect your castle from an endless number of knights and other evil fiends as they grow stronger and stronger each round. Madness mode lives up to its name. This mode doesn’t give the player any breathing room, from start to finish it is pure insanity. You must kill everything the game can throw at you and that’s a lot!

Keeps your castle door alive by flicking away attackers. Each “death” rewards you with money for upgrades and you can sacrifice enemies to gain sacrificial points. You need a combination of money and sacrificial points to buy upgrades inbetween rounds. Upgrades are one of the really cool features we loved about this game. You can buy freezing canons, massive boulders, fireballs, flaming pits, sacrificial dragon alters and much more. Each of these upgrades will help you keep the hordes of enemies at bay and ensure your castle’s peace.

Knights Onrush is a great game to smash your way through a quick lunch break or spend hours on end demolishing the enemy. The games is simple enough that children will be captivated on those forever long road trips and have a blast doing so. There is also a cheat feature that will unlock every level within the campaign mode in case you get stuck. Another great feature that was added in the latest version was the help option. This quick slideshow will take you step-by-step and explain practically every detail about the game play.

Spend a moment here and there smashing and bashing or devote hours to trying to become the best—it’s fun no matter the time commitment. In our opinion the $0.99 you will pay for this game is more than worth the enjoyment you will receive every time you sit down and play. Knights Onrush has amazing color, graphics and most of all game play. If you’re looking for a crazy upbeat strategy game (it does take a lot of strategy) this is the app for you.
